Our Customer Service Desk is closed on Tuesday and Thursday (aside from where a pre-arranged Cheque Collection has been agreed for a Tuesday)
On occasion, we may be able to facilitate 'walk-in' appointments however, these will be subject to availablity and cannot be guaranteed. To ensure that we are able to see you, we kindly ask that any members wishing to visit us in person, do so by arranging an appointment.
