To whom it may concern,

We are currently receiving 100s of calls and messages from members who can’t access balances online the balances are showing as blank.

We greatly apologise for this inconvenience, as we are getting issues on our website & mobiles app and actively trying to resolve the situation with our supplier as quick as we can.
