- Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December 2019 – Office Closed
- Friday 27th December 2019 – Open 10.00am to 2.00pm (Phone and Email enquiries Only)
- Monday 30th December 2019 – Open 10.00am to 2.00pm
- Tuesday 31st December 2019 – Open 10.00am to 2.00pm (Phone and Email enquiries Only)
- Wednesday 1st January 2020 – Office Closed

December is a very busy month for processing member transactions (especially loans). To ensure that your request is processed before the Christmas break we would like to inform you of the following processing deadlines:
LOAN APPLICATIONS – Subject to the application and the correct supporting documentation being provided loan applications must be made by:
- Croydon Office -Monday 16th December 2019
- Sutton Office – Friday 13th December 2019 (Open 20th December for signing only)
- Merton Office – Wednesday 11th December 2019 (Open 18th December for signing only)
WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS – Any withdrawal requests (Including online) will need to be received by 3.30pm Monday 23rd December 2019 to ensure processing for Tuesday 24th December 2019
BENEFIT PAYMENTS – Payments expected on Bank holidays (Wednesday 25th / Thursday 26th December) are usually made early and should be available on Tuesday 24th December. Payments expected on Wednesday 1st January 2020. should be expected in on Tuesday December 31st 2019.
